Pastor Brent & Barb RUDoski

Senior Pastors of FAFC
Brent boldly proclaims that anyone who calls on the name of Jesus will be rescued, recovered, and restored, just like he was over 36 years ago when he came to know Jesus and was instantly set free from addictions to drugs and alcohol. Shortly after accepting the Lord, Brent came to Faith Alive. He attended Bible College there, was raised up in ministry, and has never left.

He met his wife, Barb, at Faith Alive. Together they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Over the years, Brent has served in nearly every area of the church, and in 2005, was appointed Senior Pastor. In his years of ministry, he has developed a deep love for the church, desiring to see it be a fireplace that houses the presence of the Lord. As a pastor, Brent yearns to see healthy churches filled with worshipping warriors willing to give their lives to advance the Kingdom of God, both here in Canada and around the world. The best way to describe Brent’s preaching style is straightforward, with a good dose of humour thrown in. His messages will challenge, encourage, and provoke you to lay aside your own agenda and follow hard after God.

Recently, God placed a desire in him to launch a men's ministry called FMO - For Men Only. Never afraid to tackle the tough subjects, Brent instructs, challenges, and encourages men to become all that God has called them to be. In his spare time, Brent enjoys rebuilding old vehicles and spending time with his grandchildren.
Barb came to Faith Alive in 1987 to attend Bible College and immediately began helping wherever there was a need. As co-pastor with her husband, Barb excels at mobilizing and motivating the body of Christ to step up, take their place, and fulfill their potential in the Kingdom of God. Barb has a strong desire to train children to be mighty warriors for God, even at a young age.

She is compassionate, personable, energetic, fiery, and fully convinced that nothing is more important than giving your life completely to the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

Along with co-pastoring Faith Alive, Barb has served as president of Women's Journey of Faith for the past five years. Through conferences and outreaches, both in-person and online, WJOF reaches out to women across Canada to inspire them on their authentic faith journey.

Barb also loves spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, and cruising around in her 1950 GMC truck that her husband rebuilt.
